Affordable housing in Santa Fe is a rarity indeed. Affordable housing designed by world-renowned architect Ricardo Legorreta - now that's just impossible. But local legend Don Tishman had a dream: to create an exquisitely designed but affordably priced residential community with high-quality amenities in the striking New Mexico landscape. This vision developed from his belief that world-class architecture should not be confined to the wealthy.The goal of this website was to emulate the vivid hues and light-filled spaces found in this beautiful community.
